Service Terms

These terms define the rules for using services offered by CleanAI based in Krakow through the cleanai.pl website.

Service provider: Serhii Deineha, a sole trader registered in CEIDG and operating under the CleanAI brand, ul. Kuźnicy Kołłątajowskiej 16, lok. 50, 31-234 Kraków, NIP 9452325981, REGON 544073526.

Placing an order through the website requires accepting these terms (a checkbox in the order form). The terms are available free of charge on this page before an order is placed, in a form that allows them to be saved and printed.

The service provider may change the terms with 14 days' prior notice. Orders placed before the change are governed by the version of the terms accepted when the order was placed.

CleanAI provides professional cleaning services, including:

The AI estimate is indicative. The final price may be adjusted after an on-site inspection, but by no more than 15% from the AI estimate.

Prices shown in the price list and AI calculator are gross prices (including VAT).

Payment: cash, BLIK, card or online via available payment methods, depending on the selected order method.

Travel: free within the administrative boundaries of Kraków; outside the city a surcharge of +30 zł (up to 15 km from the boundary) or +50 zł (up to 30 km), further by individual quote.

Discounts: discounts do not combine unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Punctuality: We arrive at the agreed time. If we are delayed by more than 30 minutes, we provide a 10% discount.

Quality guarantee: If you are not satisfied with the result, we will return and correct it free of charge within 48 hours.

Liability: we are liable for damage caused through our fault while providing the service under the general rules of the Polish Civil Code.

Cancellation: Free at least 24 hours before the appointment. In case of later cancellation, a handling fee of 50 zł may be charged.

Please submit complaints to kontakt@cleanai.pl within 7 days after the service is completed.

A complaint should include: order number, problem description and photos (if applicable). We review complaints within 5 business days.

A Client who is a consumer, as well as a natural person concluding a contract directly related to their business activity where the contract is not of a professional nature for them (art. 38a ustawy o prawach konsumenta), may withdraw from the contract within 14 days of its conclusion, i.e. from the day the order is placed, without giving any reason.

To withdraw, it is enough to send a clear statement of withdrawal by e-mail to kontakt@cleanai.pl or in writing to the service provider's address given in section 1; the model form in section 8 may be used but is not obligatory. Sending the statement before the deadline expires is sufficient to meet it.

Service started before the deadline: if the Client requested that the service start before the 14-day period ends (choosing a visit date within that period is such a request, see section 9) and then withdraws from the contract, the Client pays for the service performed until the moment of withdrawal, in an amount proportional to the scope of the service performed, calculated on the basis of the agreed price (art. 35 ustawy o prawach konsumenta).

Expiry of the right of withdrawal: the right of withdrawal expires once the service has been fully performed with the Client's explicit consent, where the Client was informed before the service started that they would lose the right of withdrawal once the service is fully performed (art. 38 ust. 1 pkt 1 ustawy o prawach konsumenta).

Refund: the service provider refunds the payments received (less the amount due for the part of the service performed until withdrawal) within 14 days of receiving the statement of withdrawal, using the same payment method the Client used, unless the Client agrees to a different method that involves no costs for them.

The free cancellation rules described in section 5 apply alongside the right of withdrawal and do not limit the consumer's statutory rights.

Required consent: before sending the order, the Client ticks the box “By placing the order I agree to the Terms of service and the Privacy policy”. The order cannot be sent without this consent. A Client who chooses a visit date within 14 days of placing the order, by accepting the terms, requests that the service start before the withdrawal period ends and acknowledges that they will lose the right of withdrawal once the service has been fully performed (section 7).

Marketing consent: the Client may additionally tick a box agreeing to receive information about promotions and discounts by e-mail and SMS. This consent is voluntary and does not affect placing or performing the order.

The marketing consent can be withdrawn at any time by writing to kontakt@cleanai.pl.

Order-related messages: the order confirmation, visit reminders and a request to leave a review are sent without the marketing consent, as part of performing the contract.
