Service Terms

These terms define the rules for using services offered by CleanAI based in Krakow through the cleanai.pl website.

Using the service means accepting these terms. The service provider reserves the right to change the terms with 14 days' prior notice.

CleanAI provides professional cleaning services, including:

• •Upholstered furniture cleaning (sofas, armchairs, chairs)
• •Rug and carpet cleaning
• •Apartment and house cleaning
• •Car upholstery cleaning
• •Room ozonation
• •Other services listed in the price list

The AI estimate is indicative. The final price may be adjusted after an on-site inspection, but by no more than 15% from the AI estimate.

Prices shown in the price list and AI calculator are gross prices (including VAT).

Payment: cash, BLIK, card or online via available payment methods, depending on the selected order method.

Travel: free within Krakow and nearby areas (up to 15 km).

Discounts: discounts do not combine unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Punctuality: We arrive at the agreed time. If we are delayed by more than 30 minutes, we provide a 10% discount.

Quality guarantee: If you are not satisfied with the result, we will return and correct it free of charge within 48 hours.

Insurance: All our services are insured. If the Client's property is damaged, we cover the repair or replacement cost.

Cancellation: Free at least 24 hours before the appointment. In case of later cancellation, a handling fee of 50 zł may be charged.

Please submit complaints to kontakt@cleanai.pl within 7 days after the service is completed.

A complaint should include: order number, problem description and photos (if applicable). We review complaints within 5 business days.
