We offer 15 services: cleaning flats and houses, including after renovation and when moving, cleaning windows and kitchens, washing sofas, mattresses and carpets, cleaning leather furniture and car upholstery, ozone treatment, organising wardrobes and walk-in closets, and grave cleaning. The configurator adds up the total from the price list before you pick a date, and the same amount goes into the confirmation. It changes only with your consent, if there is clearly more work on site.
We have been washing upholstery since 2022 with the extraction method, using professional extraction machines. We choose the products for the fabric and the type of dirt and bring them with us.
Monday to Friday 8:00–20:00, Saturday and Sunday 8:00–16:00. Free slots are shown in the calendar on the website.
In cash once the work is done, or online in advance when you order: BLIK, card, Apple Pay or Google Pay. Businesses get an invoice with their NIP.
If something is not as we agreed after our visit, we will put it right.
We come back free of charge.
Report any issues within 7 days of the service, ideally with a photo, and we will come to fix or redo the work at no extra cost.
Money back if it is our fault.
If the order fell through because of us, we will refund what you paid.

With upholstery and carpets we do not promise to remove old, set-in stains, odours from deep inside the foam or defects in the material. We tell you about it before we start.

CleanAI is a Kraków company that cleans flats and houses and washes upholstery, carpets and car interiors at the customer's place. We work in Kraków and in municipalities up to 30 km from the city, seven days a week. The team has been doing this since 2022, the price list calculates the price before you book, and you pay for the service after it is done.
The CleanAI name appeared in 2026, when we brought the business together into one company with its own website, price list and booking system. The people and the experience go back further: since 2022 we have been cleaning flats in Kraków and washing furniture with the extraction method. We started in 2022 by washing sofas and corner sofas in Kraków flats. Carpets, mattresses, cleaning after tenants moved out and after renovations soon followed. Over these years we have learned things that are not in the manual of an extraction machine: how to spot a fabric that may bleed colour, when a coffee stain will come out and when a faint mark will stay, and how long a thick corner sofa really takes to dry in winter with the windows closed.
In 2026 we brought that experience together under one brand. We set up a website with a price list for every service, a calendar of free slots and a written order confirmation. For bigger jobs, such as cleaning a house after renovation, several of us work together; for washing a single sofa, one person comes with the equipment.
We work in Kraków and in the municipalities around the city: Wieliczka, Skawina, Niepołomice, Zabierzów, Mogilany and other places up to 30 km from the Kraków city limits. Within the city, travel is included in the price.
We clean flats and houses: standard cleaning, regular cleaning on a subscription, deep cleaning and cleaning when you move, and also cleaning after renovation, when dust and mortar cover every surface. We clean windows, frames and sills, and kitchens, including the inside of the oven, fridge and cupboards.
We wash upholstery at your place: sofas, corner sofas, armchairs, chairs, mattresses, soft headboards and pram covers. We wash carpets and fitted carpets on site, remove individual stains, clean and condition leather furniture, and clean car upholstery.
We also carry out ozone treatment of rooms and cars when a smell of smoke, pets or mustiness stays, and we organise wardrobes, walk-in closets, kitchens and basements. We also clean graves at cemeteries in Kraków and nearby. Each of the 15 services has its own page describing the scope, the time needed and a price configurator.
The price is calculated by the price list, not by a salesperson on the phone. On the service page you mark what needs doing: the number of rooms, the type of sofa, the carpet size, the number of windows. The configurator adds up the rates from the price list, adds travel and shows the amount before you pick a date. The same amount goes into the order confirmation.
The website also has an AI assistant. You can describe the job, record it or send a photo, and the AI will pick the service and set up the configurator. The AI does not make up the price: it is always calculated by the price list, and you can change everything before booking.
The price changes only when there is clearly more work on site than the order describes, for example a seven-seat corner sofa instead of a three-seat sofa. In that case we tell you before we start and begin only once you agree.
We wash upholstery and carpets with the extraction method, using professional extraction machines. The solution goes into the fabric and is immediately sucked out together with the dirt, so the furniture does not get soaked and usually dries in a few hours.
We choose the products for the type of fabric and dirt; we bring them with us and they are included in the price. We use products made for upholstery and carpets in homes. Once rinsed and dry, the furniture can be used as normal. If someone in the home has allergies, or there is a small child or a pet, mention it in the order and we will take it into account when choosing the products.
If something is not as we agreed after our visit, report it within 7 days, ideally with a photo: by phone, by email or on Telegram. We will come to fix or redo the work at no extra cost. We give it a week because a stain or water mark after washing may only show up once the fabric is dry.

When washing, we tell you honestly before we start what we do not promise: removing old, set-in stains (e.g. blood, grease, glue, ink), odours from deep inside the foam, or defects in the material such as colour bleeding or earlier damage. The guarantee does not limit your statutory consumer rights.
You do not need to buy anything for the cleaning: we bring products, cloths, a vacuum cleaner and a mop. For washing upholstery and carpets we only need access to a socket and water, and a place in the kitchen or bathroom to pour out the dirty water from the extraction machine.
It helps if small items are removed from the sofa and carpet before we arrive, decorative cushions are put aside, and valuable or fragile things are taken off the shelves we are going to clean. It is best to keep pets in another room while we work: the extraction machine is loud, and wet upholstery is tempting to walk on.
If parking near the building is difficult or entry needs a code or a pass, add it to the order notes. After washing, air the room and do not sit on the furniture until it is completely dry; how long that takes for a particular service is described on its page.
Businesses can order too: offices, service premises, owners of rental flats. We issue invoices with a NIP, and regular cleaning can be set up as a subscription with a discount. Terms for longer-term cooperation are described on the Cooperation page.
