Below is the full list of what we do with the starting price. The amounts come from the price list and update together with it, so what you read here matches the calculator. Every service has its own page with a detailed price list, a description of the process and drying times.

The photo goes to a vision model briefed the way we brief a new employee: recognise what the item is, what it is made of, how dirty it is and what cannot be promised. The model matches the recognised item to a line in the price list and shows the price. For a carpet it also estimates the area from things in the frame, such as floor tiles or the width of a door, and for a corner sofa it counts the seats.

The AI quote is not a guess. The model does not invent a price; it picks a line from the same price list the calculator and our consultant use. When it is unsure, for example with a viscose or silk rug, it says so and asks you to get in touch instead of giving a number that cannot be kept later.

On the calculator page the photo quote comes with a discount, because it is the fastest route to an order. In the configurator on a service page the photo price is the list price, and discounts are applied later: for the date, for a subscription or from a promo code.

From booking to dry furniture, a visit always follows the same steps, whether you ordered one armchair or the cleaning of a whole office.

The most common question after a quote is: when can we sit down again? A sofa after extraction cleaning dries in 3–6 hours, faster in a warm, ventilated room. A synthetic carpet is dry after 4–6 hours, wool and shaggy need up to 12 hours because the fibre holds water longer. A mattress is cleaned on one side and dries in 4–8 hours, which is why for both sides we schedule the visit so it is dry before night.

Drying is helped by a draught and warmth, but not by a hairdryer or a heater pointed at the fabric: the fibre can shrink and the dye fade. An open window and an ajar door are enough. In winter you can heat the room, but do not direct the heat at the furniture.

Once dry there is no chemical smell. The agents we use leave no film on the fibre, so the sofa does not build up static and does not attract dust faster than before.

We work on professional Kärcher extractors, not on supermarket wet vacuums. The difference is in the pressure of the agent and the suction power: household gear leaves half of the water and dirt in the fabric, professional gear pulls it out at once. That is why furniture after our cleaning dries in a few hours rather than by the next day.

Agents are chosen for the material, not by eye. Synthetics, wool, microfibre, velour and natural leather need different chemistry and different water temperatures. Every product we use has a safety data sheet and is safe for children, allergy sufferers and pets once dry. We do not use chlorine or harsh solvents on fabrics people sit on.

For smells that cannot be washed out we have an ozone generator. Ozone breaks down the odour molecules instead of masking them, so it works on cigarette smoke, pet odour and mustiness after a leak. Ozone treatment requires leaving the room for the duration and airing it afterwards, so we plan it for the end of the visit.

Within the city limits travel is free and does not depend on whether you live by the Main Square or on the edge of Nowa Huta.

We also go outside the city. Up to 15 km from the Kraków boundary, which covers Wieliczka, Skawina, Zielonki, Zabierzów, Mogilany and Niepołomice, we add 30 zł per order. Up to 30 km from the boundary the surcharge is 50 zł. Further out we quote individually. Distance is measured from the nearest point of the city boundary, not from the centre, so a house two kilometres past Bronowice costs the same as one two kilometres past Nowa Huta.

You see the travel surcharge in the order summary right after entering the address. No surprises on site and no need to call and ask whether we come to your area.

A few items customers ask about most often. All amounts come from the current price list and include travel within Kraków, agents and equipment.

Your first order gets 10% off: leave your contact details in the form under the gift icon in the menu and a consultant will attach the discount to the order. Regular cleaning runs on a subscription: monthly is 10% cheaper, every two weeks 15%, weekly 20%. No contract, you can cancel at any time, and the price does not change for the whole period.

Every order earns points in the loyalty programme. Four tiers, from Bronze to Platinum, give a growing permanent discount on all services. On top of that there are promo codes and date discounts: some days in the calendar show a percentage, because we would rather fill a quiet day than sit in traffic on a Friday afternoon.

Discounts do not stack. In the order summary we apply the largest one available, so there is no doubt where the amount came from.

If the result is weaker than it should be through our fault, for example a mark was left that could have been cleaned, we come back and fix it at no charge. That is the guarantee and we take it literally.

What we do not promise is that every stain will disappear. Permanent discolouration from paint, bleach, burns and sun fading is not dirt but a change in the fibre, and no cleaning will reverse it. We say so before starting work, after the test on a hidden spot, not afterwards. We would rather lose a job than leave a customer with a bill and the same stain.
