Cleaning and washing for Kraków businesses

A flat let by the night needs cleaning between guests just as thoroughly every time: kitchen, bathroom, floors, dust. We price flat cleaning in the configurator by the number of rooms and bathrooms, and for a fixed schedule there is the subscription. Ironing can be added to the visit as an extra service.

Every so often a rental flat needs more: washing a sofa and mattresses that show the wear of guest after guest, washing a carpet, and, after a party or guests who smoked, ozone treatment, which removes the smell of smoke from fabrics and walls. All of this can be ordered in a single visit, and furniture and carpets added to cleaning are 10% cheaper.

When a tenant moves out, the flat usually needs move-out cleaning: inside the cupboards, oven and fridge, plus windows and frames. After the walls have been redecorated or the floors replaced, we do post-renovation cleaning, which removes dust from every surface. Both services have fixed rates in the price list, so you know the amount before you send the team in.

If a smell of cigarettes, pets or mustiness is left in the flat, we carry out ozone treatment; the price depends on the floor area. If you manage several flats and want to order for all of them the same way, describe this in the form and we will agree how you pass on keys, addresses and dates.

From the price list you can order office window cleaning, washing of office chairs and sofas in the guest area, and washing of fitted carpets and rugs on site, without taking them away. We wash fitted carpet with the extraction method: it usually dries in a few hours, so the work can be scheduled in the morning or at the end of the day, within our working hours.

Regular office cleaning on a fixed schedule is quoted individually, because it depends on the floor area, the number of rooms and how often we come. A separate configurator for businesses is still in preparation, so until then, tell us how many square metres, rooms, kitchens and bathrooms there are and how often we should come.

In a restaurant or café, upholstered chairs, benches and sofas get dirty fastest: grease, coffee, sauces. We wash them on site with the extraction method, remove individual stains and wash carpets. After the work the upholstery needs a few hours to dry, so it is best to book the visit on a day you are closed or before opening.

Ozone treatment of the dining room helps when the smell of cooking or smoke has soaked into the fabrics. We do it when nobody is on the premises, and the place needs airing afterwards. Commercial kitchens are not in our price list; if you need one cleaned, describe the scope and we will tell you honestly whether we do it.

A car for sale sells better with a clean interior. We wash car upholstery: seats, rear bench, headliner and floor mats, we clean and condition leather, and we remove smoke or pet smells with ozone treatment. The price depends on the body type and the scope, and the rates are in the car upholstery price list.

For several cars at once we come to the lot or the showroom and work on site; all we need is access to electricity and water. Give the number of cars and their types in your enquiry and we will prepare a quote using the same rates.

In a fitness club most of the work is about smell and fabrics: we carry out ozone treatment of changing rooms and studios when the smell of sweat has soaked into the walls and carpets, and we wash fitted carpets and rugs, reception sofas and upholstered seats. Leather and faux leather seats are cleaned as a separate leather service.

We do ozone treatment at times when there is nobody in the club, and we air the room afterwards. Window and shopfront cleaning is ordered from the price list like any other customer.

In a nursery we most often wash classroom carpets, nap mattresses, pouffes and upholstered seats, and clean windows. We choose products suited to a place where children play, and after washing the carpet and mattresses have to dry properly, so the visit is best scheduled after classes or on a day off.

We carry out ozone treatment only when there are no children or staff in the building, and the rooms are aired before they come back. If there are children with allergies in the group, mention it in your enquiry.

We issue the invoice to your company details with the NIP you give us in the order or in your enquiry. We are not VAT-registered, so the invoice carries no VAT: the price-list amount is the final amount, and a VAT-registered business cannot reclaim VAT from our invoice.

Anything that is in the price list is charged from the price list, including in an offer for a business. For a larger scope we write an offer listing the items and their rates, so you can see where the total comes from. If the scope cannot be judged from photos and a description, we arrange a short site visit.

We do not promise discounts that are not in the price list, or an account manager on call around the clock. We work fixed hours, seven days a week, and reply to messages during working hours.
