Discounts do not combine: of a promo code, a subscription and a calendar day, only the largest one applies. Items discounted −10% for a shared visit get no other discount.
What the price includes
Every price in the list covers the team's visit with all equipment, the cleaning products and the work itself. For upholstery and rugs we use Kärcher extraction cleaners and products that are safe for children and pets. After washing we extract the moisture, so furniture usually dries in 2–5 hours. For cleaning we bring cloths, mops, a vacuum cleaner and detergents, so you do not need to prepare anything.
Travel within Krakow's administrative boundaries is free, whatever the district: Nowa Huta, Podgórze, Bronowice, Ruczaj or Stare Miasto all cost the same. Outside the city there is one travel surcharge for the whole order, not one per service.
What the price depends on
The price depends mainly on what we clean and how much of it: the number of rooms, the size of the furniture, the rug area, the number of window panes. That is why the price list shows rates per item, not per hour. With hourly pricing you do not know in advance what you will pay; with a per-item rate you know before you book.
The second factor is condition. Heavily soiled windows after winter cost 25% more, after renovation 50% more, and a neglected kitchen 30% more. For cars, mixed upholstery is ×1.1, leather ×1.2, Alcantara ×1.3, and a very dirty interior ×1.3. You see these surcharges in the configurator before you send the order.
The third factor is timing. A same-day visit disrupts the team's schedule, so it costs +10%. On the other hand, days marked with a green badge in the calendar are up to 20% cheaper, because they fill routes on quieter days of the week.
Can the price change on site
The price in your confirmation is final if the order describes what we find on site. It changes only when there is more work to do: a corner sofa instead of a 2-seater, a wardrobe with clearly more items than usual, or a larger rug. In that case the team tells you before starting and does nothing without your consent.
We assess stains before washing and tell you honestly which will come out completely and which will only fade. You do not pay extra for a stain that did not come out.
How to order at the listed price
The easiest way is to click a price in the price list: the service page opens with that item already set in the configurator. There you add other items, pick a day in the calendar (discount days are marked), and enter your address and details. The price updates as you go, and after sending the order you get an email with the order PDF.
You can also describe the job in words or by voice in the search box on the home page, in any of the four languages, or send a photo to the AI calculator: the AI recognises the furniture or rug and quotes a price from the same price list. If you prefer to talk, call the number in the site header or message us on WhatsApp.
Subscription: how much you actually save
A subscription is a fixed cleaning slot every week, every two weeks or every month. The discount is calculated from the standard price and applies to every visit. Example: a one-off clean of a 2-room apartment costs 240 PLN, and 192 PLN on a weekly subscription. Over four visits that is 192 PLN less.
The subscription does not reduce the price of services that are one-off by nature: post-renovation, move-out and deep cleaning, stain removal, stroller and headboard washing, ozone treatment and home organising.
Payment and invoices
You pay after the job is done, in cash to the cleaner or online: BLIK, card, Apple Pay or Google Pay. On request we issue an invoice to a company: just tick “Company” (Firma) in the form and enter the NIP (Polish tax ID).
