A call before the visit
The day before we ask how many floors and bathrooms there are, what the floors are made of, whether there are pets and whether anyone will be in. We also agree where to park and where to take water from.

Arrival and walk-round
We walk through the house with you and note the places that need attention: a stain on the rug, limescale in the shower, dust on the light fittings. We bring our own equipment and products.

A neglected house, one that has gone a long while without a proper clean, is charged +30% on the package: dust on the skirting boards and light fittings, limescale in three bathrooms and grease in the kitchen all have to be soaked and done in a second pass. Add-ons have a fixed price whatever the state of the house. The package is also the minimum order value. With regular cleaning the subscription discount is taken off the package: monthly -10%, every two weeks -15%, weekly -20%.

When to book house cleaning
A house with a garden gets dirty faster than a flat, because sand and leaves come in every time the door opens. A family with children and a dog is usually best served by a visit every two weeks, a couple with no pets by once a month, and a house that is let out is worth cleaning between tenants whatever the calendar says.
There are also moments when a house needs putting straight as a one-off: before the holidays and family arriving, after coming back from a long trip, before photographing a property for sale, after the previous occupants have moved out, and in spring, when the heating season leaves a layer of dust on the skirting boards and the light fittings.
After a garden makeover, a new boiler or building work, book post-renovation cleaning rather than the house package: building dust is a different job, because it keeps settling for days and has to be collected with damp cloths over several passes. How to keep a house tidy for longer
- Put a doormat outside and a second one in the porch: sand stopped at the door is half the dust in the whole house
- Vacuum the stairs once a week from the top down: it is the hardest-working surface in the house
- Squeegee the shower enclosure after every wash, and the limescale never has time to bond with the coating
- Once a month wipe the skirting boards with a damp microfibre cloth, because that is where the dust from the whole room settles
- Check the hood filter and the heat recovery ventilation cartridges as the manual says: a dirty filter spreads grease across the whole ground floor
- Wash or shake out the rug by the terrace door every few weeks, it catches the most sand
- In a house with a dog, keep a towel for paws by the door: it is cheaper than having the rug cleaned after every downpour
Why we price a house by the metre, not by the room
In a flat the number of rooms describes the work well: each room is a similar size, with one bathroom and one kitchen. In a house that stops working. A 90 m² house on one level and a 90 m² house on two floors have the same number of rooms and are completely different jobs: the second one adds stairs, a second bathroom, another run of skirting board and carrying the equipment between floors. That is why we price the house package by heated floor area, with the stairs and all the bathrooms included in it.
The heated floor area is the part you live in: rooms, kitchen, bathrooms, hall, corridors and a habitable loft. We do not count the garage, the cellar, the boiler room or an unheated loft, because we do not clean those as part of the package. The garage is a separate add-on, because it is a different job: building dust, oil stains and things that have to be moved around.
Above 200 m² the package grows by 3 zł for every metre, because there the work genuinely scales with the floor area: more floor to mop, more windows, longer runs of skirting board. An example: a 260 m² house is 750 zł plus 60 metres over the threshold, that is 180 zł, 930 zł in total. You see the price in the configurator as soon as you move the floor area slider.
Regular house cleaning: what a fixed slot changes
The first visit to a house that has not had a proper clean for a long time always takes the longest: off comes a layer of dust from the skirting boards and the light fittings, limescale in the bathrooms and grease in the kitchen. With a regular slot that layer is no longer there, so the same team gets more done in the same time: the fridge more often, the doors and plinths more often, the loft room more often.
A subscription lowers the package price: monthly -10%, every two weeks -15%, weekly -20%. The discount is taken off the package, add-ons keep their own price. The slot is agreed once and we keep the same day and time; a change only needs a phone call.
Anything extra you want done at the next visit goes in the notes on the order: clean the fridge, clean the rug in the living room, add the garage. We price that work from the add-on list, so there are no surprises on the bill and we are not guessing what matters to you.
