Apartment cleaning in the Old Town (Stare Miasto) with CleanAI costs 210 PLN for a studio, 240 PLN for two rooms and 280 PLN for three. This applies to the whole of District I: the townhouses inside the Planty, Kazimierz, Stradom, Kleparz and Piasek. Products, equipment and travel are included. A studio takes one person 2–3 hours of work, and you pay in cash after the service or online in advance.

How much apartment cleaning costs in the Old Town

In the centre you pay the same as in any district of Krakow, because the price depends on the number of rooms. Every package covers the kitchen or kitchenette, the hallway and one bathroom; a further bathroom is +45 PLN. Next to standard cleaning, the table shows the Deep type: the move-out scope, an extra hour and two people. In the Old Town it is booked by apartment owners between seasons and by people moving into a townhouse flat after a long break.

When moving out or before moving in, you choose the Move-in / move-out type: the package plus the inside of the oven, fridge and cabinets, the cooker hood and the microwave, a studio for 460 PLN, two rooms for 490 PLN. You see the price in the booking before you confirm the slot. The minimum value of a visit is 120 PLN, and the amount from the configurator is a guide: we give the final price on site, before work starts.

A townhouse flat: how the visit goes

The townhouses on Grodzka, Kanonicza, Św. Anny and Mikołajska have high rooms, long hallways and often a small bathroom with old fittings. The visit starts with a walk-through: we note what matters most to you and what not to touch. If the scope goes beyond the package, we say so before we start, not afterwards.

Then we work from top to bottom: first the cobwebs in the ceiling corners, the dust on curtain rails, skirting boards and the top edges of doors and wardrobes, the floors last. In a townhouse the kitchen and bathroom take half of the time, because old fittings and the bathtub gather more limescale. At the end we air the flat and walk through it together, and small corrections are made on the spot.

What apartment cleaning includes and what you book separately

• Rooms: vacuuming and washing floors, dusting shelves, windowsills, skirting boards and furniture, mirrors and glass surfaces, dry vacuuming of the sofa and armchairs.
• Kitchen or kitchenette: worktops, sink, hob and cooker front, cabinet fronts, table, outside surfaces of appliances.
• Bathroom: toilet, bathtub or shower cubicle, washbasin, tap, mirror, tiles around the washbasin, floor.
• Hallway, taking out the rubbish and new bin bags, cobwebs, dust on the top edges of doors and wardrobes.

You add extras from the price list in the configurator: oven 60 PLN, fridge 50 PLN, cooker hood 50 PLN, inside of kitchen cabinets 65 PLN, dishwasher 50 PLN, dishes 25 PLN, grout cleaning 15 PLN per m² of tiles. Washing walls and ceilings, washing net curtains and carrying out furniture are not part of the service.

A rental apartment: cleaning between guests

Before each guest, standard cleaning is enough: rooms, kitchenette, bathroom, rubbish and a change of bedding from the set you leave in the wardrobe. For a given apartment we work to a fixed checklist: bins, an inventory check and, on request, photos after the cleaning, so you can see the flat without coming over. If guests leave dishes behind, add dishwashing for 25 PLN.

You do not need to be there: a key in a lockbox or a door code is enough, and after the work the team messages you that the apartment is ready. You can match the time to the check-out, because we work 7 days a week. For several apartments on a fixed schedule we will prepare an offer: write to us through the partnership form.

Living in the centre: regular cleaning and a subscription

For people who live in the Old Town permanently and work late, a subscription for standard cleaning is the most convenient. The price drops from the second visit: monthly by 10%, every two weeks by 15%, weekly by 20%. Two rooms every two weeks then cost 204 PLN per visit. A manager sets up the subscription with you, you usually book the first visit on the website, and the same person comes at the same time.

Move-in / move-out and deep cleaning are one-off jobs, with no subscription discount. If something was not done the way we agreed, report it within 7 days, ideally with a photo: we will come back and fix it free of charge.

Older buildings: what we watch for when cleaning

• We wash varnished parquet with a pH-neutral wood cleaner, without steam; oiled parquet with wood soap, because an ordinary cleaner washes the oil out.
• Terrazzo and stone on hallway floors only with a pH-neutral product: acid and vinegar etch them in seconds.
• We vacuum stucco and ceiling roses with a soft brush attachment, dry, so as not to soak the plaster.
• We wipe old wooden windowsills and frames gently, without strong degreasers that dull the varnish.
• In bathrooms without a window we air the room at the end: a closed, damp bathroom means mould in the grout within a month.

Booking, travel and payment in the Old Town

We work Monday to Friday 8:00–20:00, Saturdays and Sundays 8:00–16:00, with no weekend surcharge. A visit on the day of the order is possible no earlier than 2 hours ahead, with a 10% surcharge. On site you pay in cash after the service; online in advance when you order: BLIK, card, Apple Pay or Google Pay.
