How much apartment cleaning costs in Bronowice

The price depends on the number of rooms and bathrooms, not on the district: in Bronowice you pay the same as in the centre. The package covers the rooms, the kitchen, the hallway and one bathroom. Flats on the new estates often have two bathrooms, so you add +45 PLN to the price in the table for each further one.

The minimum value of a visit is 120 PLN. You see the price in the booking before you confirm the slot. It is a guide: we give the final amount on site, after the walk-through and before work starts. The last column is the price with a weekly subscription, which we describe below.

The estates by Galeria Bronowice and in Widok: a large flat with a kitchenette

The new blocks by Galeria Bronowice, along Armii Krajowej and in Widok are mostly three- and four-room flats: a living room with a kitchenette, a bedroom, a child's room, often two bathrooms. The most work is in the kitchenette, where grease from cooking settles on the fronts and worktop, and in the bathrooms, where limescale builds up on the cubicle and taps. The kitchen and bathrooms usually take half of the visit.

Up to three rooms, one person comes. For four and five rooms two of us come and finish in 3–4 hours. Every visit starts with a walk-through: we note what matters most and what not to touch, and if the scope is bigger than the package, we say so before we start, not afterwards.

What the cleaning includes and what you book separately

• Rooms, including the child's room and the study: vacuuming and washing floors, dusting shelves, windowsills, skirting boards and furniture, mirrors and glass surfaces.
• Kitchenette: worktops, sink, hob and cooker front, cabinet fronts, table, appliances on the outside.
• Every bathroom in the order: toilet, bathtub or shower cubicle, washbasin, tap, mirror, tiles around the washbasin, floor.
• Hallway, rubbish and new bin bags, cobwebs, dust on the top edges of doors and wardrobes, dry vacuuming of the sofa and armchairs.
• Changing the bedding from the set you leave in the wardrobe.

Cleaning inside the appliances comes as add-ons from the price list: oven 60 PLN, fridge 50 PLN, cooker hood 50 PLN, dishwasher 50 PLN, inside of kitchen cabinets 65 PLN. A balcony or loggia costs 35 PLN. Windows during the same visit are priced by type, a single-sash window 25 PLN, a balcony door 45 PLN, 10% cheaper than booked separately. We can clean the corner sofa from the living room during the same visit as upholstery cleaning, also at a discount.

Not part of the package: washing walls and ceilings, washing net curtains, ironing and folding clothes, and carrying out furniture.

Families with children: a subscription and cleaning while you are out

Many families with children live in Bronowice, and with two working parents regular standard cleaning is the most convenient. From the second visit the price drops: monthly by 10%, every two weeks by 15%, weekly by 20%. Three rooms every two weeks cost 238 PLN per visit, weekly 224 PLN. A manager sets up the subscription with you; you usually book the first visit on the website.

You do not need to be at home. You leave the keys with a neighbour or in a lockbox, or hand them over at the first visit, and after the cleaning we let you know by message, with photos on request. It is worth being there for the first visit: we walk through the flat together and write down the priorities, and the next visits follow that list, with no need to explain everything again.

New finishes: what we watch for

• We wash laminate and vinyl panels with a well wrung-out mop: too much water gets into the joints and the panels swell.
• High-gloss fronts we wipe with glass cleaner and a dry microfibre cloth, matt ones with a mild liquid: scrubbing leaves scratches that show against the light.
• A glass cubicle we first wash with a limescale remover, then with glass cleaner and a squeegee, otherwise streaks remain.
• Steel on the sink, cooker hood and fridge we wipe along the grain and dry, because across the grain it leaves streaks.
• A quartz worktop can take almost anything; a wooden one we clean only with a damp cloth and wood soap.

Moving to Bronowice and dust after finishing work

Before moving in or after moving out, you choose the Move-in / move-out type in the configurator: the package plus the inside of the oven, fridge and cabinets, the cooker hood and the microwave. Three rooms then cost 530 PLN. It is best to book it when the cabinets are empty: before your things are brought in or after the last boxes are carried out.

A flat after finishing work, with construction dust on every surface, is different work: post-renovation cleaning has a separate price list, two rooms from 550 PLN. A flat that someone lives in but that has not been properly cleaned for a long time is better booked as deep cleaning: the move-out scope, an extra hour and two people, 900 PLN for three rooms.

Houses in Mydlniki and Bronowice Małe are cleaned in a separate package, priced by floor area rather than by rooms. We describe it together with windows, upholstery and rug cleaning on the Bronowice district page.
