Apartment cleaning Krakow with CleanAI means one or two people arriving with their own equipment and products, on the day and hour you pick in the calendar, for a price you see before you book. You do not pay by the hour and you do not guess how long it will take: a package for a given number of rooms has a fixed scope, from vacuuming and mopping the floors to the toilet, shower, hob and mirrors. We work with professional products matched to the surface: one for limescale in the bathroom, another for grease in the kitchen, another for laminate and parquet. They contain no chlorine or strong solvents; if there are small children, pets or allergy sufferers at home, tell us when you book and we will take it into account when choosing the products. A subscription lowers the price of the standard package: monthly -10%, every two weeks -15%, weekly -20%. Move-out and deep cleaning are one-off, with no subscription discount. Cooker hood 50 zł, microwave 25 zł, dishwasher 50 zł, dishes 25 zł, cat litter box 20 zł, tile grout cleaning 15 zł per m² of tiles, indoor blind 20 zł per piece. Post-renovation cleaning has its own price list, because it is a different job.

Other one-off visits usually get window cleaning, the oven and the fridge inside added, because those are the things nobody does day to day.
Deep cleaning is its own kind in the configurator: the move-out scope, meaning the package with the inside of cabinets, oven and fridge, the cooker hood and microwave, plus an extra hour and two cleaners, for example 820 zł for two rooms. Windows and balcony are added as extras. It is usually booked twice a year: in spring and before winter. Owners of short-term rentals book it between seasons, and before each guest a standard clean with a change of linen, which you bring or leave in the wardrobe, is enough.
Between cleanings: how to keep the result longer
